Information we collect
When you sign in, we receive your email address and the account details you choose to provide, such as your name, username, profile image, bio, and communication preferences.
If you submit a resource or manage content, we process the information included in that request, such as URLs, descriptions, contact details, uploaded media, and moderation status.
We may also process basic technical and security signals, such as browser and network-derived information, to protect accounts, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you with a magic link or one-time code, maintain your profile, provide catalog and submission features, communicate about the service, and operate, secure, and improve Pills Design.
If two-factor authentication is enabled, security data is used to verify the sign-in and protect the account. We do not use your authenticator secret as profile content.
Cookies and analytics
Pills Design uses essential cookies for authentication, pending verification, security, and preferences. These cookies are required for core account features to work.
Optional analytics use Yandex Metrica and are enabled only after you explicitly choose Analytics in Cookie Settings. Until then, or after you reject optional analytics, the Metrica tag is not loaded and no Metrica request is sent. When enabled, Metrica may use cookies and local storage identifiers and collect public-page views and on-page behavior, including Webvisor session replay and clickmap.
Metrica page views are limited to public catalog and information pages. We omit query strings and fragments from the URLs sent to Metrica, and mask the public search dialog, populated search control, and account, authentication, submission, and publication-editor dialogs from Webvisor. We do not intentionally send email addresses, usernames, raw account IDs, form contents, or security data.
You can change or withdraw analytics consent at any time with Cookie Settings. Reopening it from the About page or this page lets you update your choice. Withdrawal stops future collection and removes Metrica identifiers accessible in this browser; it cannot remove information already sent to Yandex.
Service providers and sharing
We may use trusted providers for hosting, databases, object storage, email delivery, security, and optional analytics. They receive only the information needed to provide their service and are expected to protect it.
We do not sell personal information. Content and account details may be accessible to authorized Pills Design editors or administrators when needed for moderation, support, and operations.
Your choices and requests
You can update the profile information available in your account settings, manage optional communication preferences, and sign out of active sessions. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable through the current Pills Design contact channel.
Retention, security, and changes
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet operational or legal requirements. Retention periods can vary by the type and purpose of the information.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. We may update this policy as Pills Design changes; the date above identifies the latest version.
Please also review our Terms of Use for the rules that apply when using Pills Design.
